One of the greatest joys about working in real estate and helping you find an Investment Property is building relationships and Giving Back to the Community, which is why we made a donation to the Terry Fox Foundation. While we are looking for homes or selling your home, we are getting to know one another in great depth. You need to trust us, and for us to turn your needs into your dream, we need to know you well.
Because I believe in relationships, and because the importance of my relationship with my father, who passed away from cancer 15 years ago , I chose along with my wife, daughter, sister, friends, team members and clients to participate in the Terry Fox Run in Mississauga for the second year in a row.
Terry Fox bravely ran 5,000 kms. across Canada in a Marathon of Hope in 1979 after having a leg amputated above his knee. The Terry Fox Run is a non-competitive event where people get together as individuals families and groups to raise money for cancer research in Terry’s name. It is a day of celebrating Terry’s legacy and helping to keep alive the dream of finding a cure for cancer.
I and my team at Investment-Property.co believe in giving back to the community. Hopefully if you are reading this you will consider running with us next year. We never ask you to donate, we ask you to run, walk or cheer us on. Our client base met in the morning, walked through a sample home to showcase what renovations increase your ROI, Rents and Property Value and then had a big party at the end of the run.
